Dreame Technology recently held a private event at The Peninsula Hotel in New York City to introduce its latest robotic pool cleaning products. The company presented three new models: the Dreame Z1, Dreame Z1 Pro, and Dreame J1 Skimmer. These new products are designed to simplify pool maintenance through automation and advanced technology. The event included top media representatives, influencers, and industry experts, featuring a performance by Aqualillies and a discussion with Olympic swimmer Bobby Finke, who serves as Dreame’s brand ambassador.

The newly launched Dreame Z1 and Z1 Pro come with advanced features for pool cleaning, including precise navigation systems and AI-driven technology. These models are equipped with Dynamic Boundary Detection and Edge Exploration, allowing them to clean difficult-to-reach areas effectively. The PoolSense Technology adapts to various pool shapes and obstacles to optimize cleaning routes. Additionally, the models feature a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 gallons per hour, facilitated by dual brushless motors, ensuring efficient debris removal. The devices offer extended battery life, providing up to four hours of continuous operation with Smart Path Planning. Users can control the cleaners using a LiFi-powered remote (available with the Z1 Pro) and benefit from automatic docking and app integration for ease of use.

The Dreame J1 Skimmer, set to launch in May 2025, features SolarSmart Technology, a self-charging solar system designed for energy conservation. This model is capable of comprehensive surface cleaning, targeting leaves, dust, hair, and insects. It includes a Dual-Roller Brush System to focus on waterlines and corners. Users can connect the device to the Dreamehome App to monitor battery life, water temperature, and cleaning logs.

Ana Wang, General Manager of Dreame Technology North America, stated that expanding into the pool care industry is a significant step for the company. The goal is to bring the same level of technology and design that Dreame is known for in smart home cleaning to pool maintenance. This expansion is aimed at offering pool owners more convenient and efficient solutions for pool care.

As someone with a pool, having a robot cleaner that vacuums and cleans the whole pool is a dream. Don’t get me wrong, the old style of automatic pool vacuum cleaners do a great job. However, they aren’t smart enough to make sure that they vacuum the whole floor. So you can end up with dirty spots left on the bottom of your pool, starkly contrasting with the clean paths that the older pool vacuums leave.

As the demand for automated home solutions increases, Dreame continues to provide advanced technologies to make pool maintenance simpler and more sustainable. The Dreame Z1 and Z1 Pro are currently available for purchase on DreameTech.com and Amazon.com, with the J1 Skimmer set for release in May 2025.
