Amazon has introduced a new feature named AI Art for Fire TV users, which utilizes artificial intelligence to generate art through voice commands. This feature is accessible through the Ambient Experience on the Fire TV. Users can prompt the AI by saying commands like, “Alexa, create a background of a medieval castle on Mars” or “Alexa, create an image of cherry blossoms in the snow,” and the system will produce a unique visual interpretation on the Fire TV screen.

The AI Art feature functions by integrating the capabilities of Alexa with the Titan Image Generator model, which is capable of creating up to four distinct initial images in response to each voice prompt. Users are provided with the option to further customize their artwork by selecting from various modifiers to apply different artistic styles, including but not limited to pixel art, oil painting, watercolor, colored pencil, and Cubism.

Once the artwork meets the user’s preferences, it can be set as the background on their Fire TV and saved to their Amazon Photos account for preservation. The AI Art feature is currently in public preview and is available exclusively to customers in the United States who own either a Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2nd Gen) or a Fire TV Omni QLED Series.
