Hisense, a global home appliance and consumer electronics manufacturer, presented its smart home solutions at IFA 2024. The theme of the presentation was “The Scenario-driven Future of Tech,” with a focus on enhancing user experience through smart home appliances and the ConnectLife app. This app is designed to connect appliances and real-life scenarios to improve home interactions.
At IFA 2024, Hisense showcased three main smart living scenarios: Smart Laundry, Smart Kitchen, and Smart Air Care. These scenarios were developed through Hisense’s research and development approach to address real user needs. The Smart Laundry system offers automated adjustments and remote monitoring to simplify garment care. The Smart Kitchen system includes connected appliances that personalize meal preparation. The Smart Air Care system ensures healthier living environments by adjusting air quality intelligently.
Hisense introduced several products that integrate with the ConnectLife app. The Hisense Refrigerator PureFlat Smart Series features a 21-inch TFT touchscreen and AI Recipe feature, which suggests recipes based on food inventory and expiration dates. The refrigerator also serves as a home appliance control center and allows temperature adjustments via the ConnectLife app. Other features include a dual-tech cooling system, a My Fresh Choice compartment, and an on-door ice and water dispenser.
The Hisense Series 7i washing machines include smart features such as the iPlay Intelligent Display and the iJet three-channel spray system for thorough washing. The AI Super Wash and AI Super Dry programs adjust washing and drying parameters based on various factors. The Hisense Hi8 Series Oven has multiple cooking functions, a large capacity, and easy cleaning features, while the Hi 9 Series Oven includes AI-powered baking technology and over 140 pre-programmed recipes.
Hisense’s Energy Pro X air conditioners provide efficient cooling and heating with energy-saving features. The AI Smart Airflow adjusts airflow direction based on user position, and HI-NANO technology enhances air quality. The TMS Control System adjusts temperature and humidity for optimal comfort. The Hi-Therma ATW heat pump is another option for room heating, especially in Europe, with a high energy efficiency rating and the ability to control up to seven independent rooms.
