iRobot has introduced the Roomba Max 705 Vac Robot along with an AutoEmpty Dock for customers in North America and some European countries. This robot vacuum is built for homes with pets and people who want to keep their floors tidy with less effort. The Roomba Max 705 Vac is described as having 180 times more power-lifting suction than some earlier models. It comes with Dual-Rubber Brushes that help pick up debris from both carpets and hard floors. The self-emptying dock means users do not need to empty the dustbin by hand very often, as the robot can hold dust and debris for up to 75 days.

The design of the Roomba Max 705 Vac is modern and uses finishes and textures that are intended to fit in with most home interiors. The robot’s features include anti-tangle brushes, an Edge-Sweeping Brush for cleaning along walls and corners, and Carpet Boost technology that increases suction when the robot moves from hard floors to carpets. These features are meant to help the robot handle different types of dirt and mess, which can be common in homes with kids or pets.

Navigation is handled by PrecisionVision AI and ClearView Pro LiDAR technology. These tools allow the Roomba Max 705 Vac to make detailed maps of rooms and avoid bumping into furniture or other objects. This mapping works both during the day and at night. The robot is designed to go around obstacles and clean under furniture, which means less manual cleaning for homeowners. The device can be started in a few ways, including pressing a button on the robot itself, using the Roomba Home App, or giving a voice command if connected to a voice assistant.

The AutoEmpty Dock that comes with the Roomba Max 705 Vac is a feature that adds to the convenience. The robot automatically returns to the dock to empty its dustbin, which keeps hands cleaner and makes the regular maintenance schedule simpler. The robot is also planned to be Matter-certified, which means it will work with the Apple Home app later in the year. This can be useful for people who like to control their smart home devices from one place.

The Roomba Max 705 Vac Robot and AutoEmpty Dock are now for sale on the iRobot website for customers in North America and selected European markets. For more information about the new Roomba Max 705 Vac and to see if it is available in your area, visit the iRobot website here.
