DREO, a prominent heater brand in North America with 10 million global users, has introduced its latest line of space heaters, including the Solaris 718 and WH517S models. These heaters incorporate new technologies aimed at enhancing performance and safety.

The new heaters utilize Hyperamics technology, which combines high-conductive PTC ceramics with a 200% increase in length and a 53.8% expansion in wave distance. This technology, coupled with custom-designed thermal fins and 1500W of power, allows the heaters to quickly raise room temperatures to 75°F in under two seconds. The heating efficiency is reported to be 50% greater than previous models, providing rapid comfort and energy savings.

The heaters also feature upgraded Shield360˚ 8-layer protection technology for improved safety. This includes FortPlug technology, which detects overheating through an integrated sensor, and the use of up to 5VA flameproof materials. Additional safety features include overheat protection, a 45° tip-over switch, thermal insulated wiring, a child lock, and cool-touch housing. These safety measures are certified by ETL.

Joshua Gunn, VP at DREO, stated that the company aims to offer products that prioritize safety and energy efficiency while keeping customers warm. The 2024 product line includes various models designed for different needs, from compact heaters to those suitable for large spaces. An additional heater model is expected to be released in early November.

The Solaris 718 is a portable and energy-efficient space heater suitable for larger rooms. It features a 308mm PTC element and Hyperamics technology for rapid heating. The heater includes Shield360˚ 8-layer protection, V0 flame-retardant materials, FortPlug technology, and a child lock. It offers precise temperature adjustments and operates quietly at 25 dB. The Solaris 718 has five heating modes and three ventilation levels, allowing for customizable comfort.

The WH517S is a compact, wall-mounted heater designed for smaller rooms. It also uses Hyperamics technology for 2s Instant Heating and features TurboSilent technology for quiet operation at 28 dB. The heater includes Shield360˚ 8-layer protection, FortPlug technology, 5VA flameproof materials, and a child lock. It supports smart control via Alexa, Google Home, or the DREO app and offers an ECO Mode for energy savings.
