LG Electronics has received significant recognition at the CES 2025 Innovation Awards, obtaining over 20 awards, including three distinguished Best of Innovation Awards. The CES Innovation Awards, held annually by the Consumer Technology Association, acknowledge groundbreaking consumer products and services across various device and technology categories at the world’s largest consumer technology trade show. LG’s accomplishments at this event demonstrate the company’s focus on design and technological advancement.
The LG OLED TV was a standout product, receiving six Innovation Awards, including the Best of Innovation Award in the Video Displays category. This marks the third consecutive year that the LG OLED TV has achieved this recognition. Since their introduction in 2013, LG OLED TVs have consistently earned at least one CES Innovation Award each year, reinforcing their position in the premium TV market.
Additionally, the company’s webOS smart TV platform was acknowledged with an Innovation Award in the Cybersecurity category. This platform is a key component of LG’s platform-based service offerings. LG’s “Affectionate Intelligence” AI home hubs also received honors at the CES 2025 Innovation Awards. These devices are part of the company’s “AI Home” concept and aim to deliver new value to customers, representing progress in smart home technology.
The Self-Driving AI Home Hub earned awards in both the AI and Smart Home categories. This device features multimodal sensing capabilities, integrating voice, sound, and image recognition. Another notable product, the LG ThinQ ON, an AI home hub powered by generative AI, was also recognized. It functions as the central system of the AI Home, maintaining connectivity among home appliances and IoT devices.
In the Gaming & eSports category, the LG UltraGear OLED Gaming Monitor received three awards, including the Best of Innovation. It also received an Innovation Award in the Imaging category. This monitor combines the high picture quality of OLED technology with a viewing experience tailored for gamers. Other LG products that received awards include the LG gram Pro 2-in-1, LG MyView Smart Monitor, LG UltraFine monitor, and LG CineBeam projector, illustrating LG’s broad impact in various technology sectors.
