Looking to get fit? Your Samsung TV may be your next best fitness tool. Samsung Electronics America has partnered with Technogym to introduce a new fitness app on the Samsung Daily+ platform. This app will be available to 2024 Samsung TV owners and offers personalized fitness routines that include equipment-based and bodyweight exercises.

The Technogym app provides over 130 sessions led by certified trainers, covering a variety of activities such as high-intensity cardio, yoga, Pilates, and meditation. These workouts are designed to be performed in front of a screen and cater to different fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

With more than half of Americans preferring to workout at home, using your TV as a fitness tool is a great idea. Plus, new workouts are being added to the platform daily, meaning you’ll never get bored with the available selection of workouts.

The app customizes training programs based on individual goals, such as building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing overall health. It tracks progress, offers personalized recommendations, and curates popular workout sessions. Users can download the Technogym mobile app to access their profiles and track workout history across devices. The app is available in a basic version for free, with a premium subscription option for additional content.
