Narwal, a prominent name in smart home cleaning technology, has launched its Freo Z10 model. This new model introduces the DualFlow Tangle-Free System and features MopExtend paired with EdgeSwing technology. These advancements aim to improve the efficiency of home maintenance by addressing common issues encountered with robot vacuums, such as brush roll tangling, side brush entanglement, and difficulties in cleaning corners and edges. According to Narwal CEO Junbin Zhang, the Freo Z10 is designed to provide a more autonomous home-cleaning experience by overcoming these challenges.
The Freo Z10’s DualFlow Tangle-Free System includes a movable side brush mechanism that reduces hair build-up, which is particularly beneficial for households with pets or long-haired individuals. This system is complemented by Narwal’s single-arm roller structure, creating a comprehensive solution to prevent hair from wrapping around the brushes. The MopExtend and EdgeSwing technology further enhance cleaning efficiency by targeting hard-to-reach areas such as wall edges, corners, and kitchen toe kicks. EdgeSwing technology applies additional pressure when cleaning these areas, ensuring thorough coverage.
Additional features of the Freo Z10 include a 120-Day Hands-Free Self-Empty Base Station, which compresses collected debris into a 2.5L bag, reducing the frequency of disposal to a few times per year. The robot also incorporates AI-adaptive cleaning that adjusts mop washing temperature based on the type of dirt detected to eliminate bacteria effectively. With 15,000Pa Hyper Suction Power, the Freo Z10 can capture over 99% of particles on both carpets and hard floors. It also features a Tri-Laser Millimeter-Level Obstacle Avoidance system that enhances navigation accuracy without the need for a camera.
