OliverIQ has introduced the OliverIQ Hub, a smart home device designed to enhance the delivery of smart home services. The device is part of OliverIQ’s Smart Home as a Service (SHaaS) platform and includes customer support through the AI-powered Ollie chatbot. The OliverIQ Hub is a plug-and-play device that integrates with smart devices from leading manufacturers, allowing for unified control via the OliverIQ App. It supports advanced home automations referred to as “Experiences,” such as “Away” mode and “Wake Up” routines, enhancing home safety, comfort, and convenience.

The OliverIQ Hub can be embedded into existing hardware like routers and thermostats, and it supports connectivity standards including Z-Wave, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, with future Matter support planned. The device allows for unlimited control and remote support of smart home devices, with the capability to add new devices at any time.

Ollie, the AI assistant integrated with the OliverIQ Hub, offers multilingual technical support and can diagnose and troubleshoot device issues, reducing the need for human intervention. This feature is designed to lower service and support costs while improving user experience.

The OliverIQ Hub is available exclusively through OliverIQ partners, which include internet service providers, security dealers, home builders, professional integrators, and retailers.
