Samsung Electronics America, Inc. has announced the launch of a new line of AI-powered Bespoke Laundry products. This line includes the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, which is the company’s first all-in-one washer and dryer, along with the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub, a stacked front-load washer and dryer combination. These appliances are designed to be space-efficient and use artificial intelligence to facilitate the laundry process.

The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo features a large 5.3 cubic feet drum, allowing users to wash and dry more clothes in a single load. The machine’s design incorporates a flat panel glass door and a Dark Steel finish. The combination washer and dryer also have a Super Speed Cycle setting, which is capable of washing and drying a full load in approximately 98 minutes. Its door automatically opens at the end of a cycle to release humidity and help keep clothes dry.
The appliance includes a 7-inch AI Home LCD Display for users to control their laundry settings conveniently, as well as to monitor cycle recommendations, detergent levels, and energy usage. The system uses machine learning to personalize wash and dry cycles based on the user’s habits. Additionally, the display can control other connected Samsung home appliances.
The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is equipped with built-in voice control and Samsung’s Bixby assistant, allowing for hands-free operation. The unit’s AI OptiWash and AI Optimal Dry technology automatically select optimal wash and dry cycles by sensing the weight, fabric type, and soil level of the clothes. It also features a Flex Auto Dispense System that dispenses the right amount of detergent and fabric softener and can hold enough detergent for up to 47 loads.
Installation of the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is simplified as it requires a standard 120V power outlet and does not need a dryer exhaust vent thanks to its ventless design. It also incorporates Heat Pump Drying technology for energy-efficient and gentle drying. Tide Cold Certified cycle is an option for optimizing the use of Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10X Power PODS with cold water.
The Bespoke AI Laundry Hub is another new offering, providing a stacked washer and dryer configuration with centralized Easy Reach Control Panel. This product also features Samsung’s AI OptiWash and AI Optimal Dry technology, as well as a Flex Auto Dispense System. The Bespoke AI Laundry Hub is available in several finishes including Satin Green, Brushed Black, or White, and gas or electric dryer options.
